What is the best thing that has ever happened to you?

“The best thing to ever happen to me was overcoming tragedy in my life and becoming a better me because of it!”

What is your favorite part about being a woman?

“My favorite part about being a woman is having the ability to nurture and provide all while being sensitive and fragile. I mean that in multiple ways…

We love hard, work hard and play hard – and no I’m not a mother but we bring children into the world!!  Women are strong and inspiring and can do amazing things with passion and purpose!”

Who is your favorite role model?

“My role model or role models on a personal level are my parents of course! They have both given everything to get me to where I am today, and despite any disagreements and not always being on the same side of things…

I know that I’m still respected by them for having my own opinion in life and going for my dreams! I am forever grateful and thankful to my parents!

I push hard to be able to someday give them back all that they have given me!

On a more publicly known level, I have to give it to Rihanna!! She’s everything I hope to become! Not only did she excel in her music career, but she pushed the limits and expanded her brand into makeup and fashion.

Yes, I know you’re thinking ‘doesn’t every celebrity do that’, well yes.. most all celebrities build their brand in some other avenue, but she’s a humanitarian, she gives back to the community, she helps those less fortunate, [and] she set a mold that many young women dream to achieve!”

What is your dream in life?

“My dream in life is to succeed and surpass! I have always had a passion for modelling, and anything to do with art, beauty and fashion.

Building my brand, [being] a model and [building] a business are the stepping stones for my future. I would mention all of the businesses and other ventures that I plan to take but I don’t want to give up all of the goods just yet (lol)!”

When you’re feeling down, what do you like to do to bring yourself back into good spirits?

“When I’m feeling down I either meditate with incenses and crystals, or I play sims or GTA!

I’ve been a simmer since I was about 10-11 years old and well, GTA and other video games, that one I blame on my older brother. What can I say, I love video games.”

What makes your soul light up?

“Modeling! Beauty! Fashion! If I can do my makeup, wear different hairstyles, try new fashions, and stand in front of a camera or strut down a runway and slay!!

That’s everything!!! It not only makes me happy, it completes me!! It gives me a purpose and takes me away from my awkward weird shy girl normalcy.”

What is your favorite outfit to wear at the moment?

“This one is hard to answer, because the world is going through this horrible virus situation I’m stuck in the house wearing mostly tanks and sleep shorts!

If I could go out and make every store that I walk into a runway (like I normally would lol)…

I would say, a super cute pair of high waisted skinnies, a cute top, typically a tube top or crop top (something with no sleeves) and a stunner pair of high heels (5in and up only!) and a Big XL pair of hoop earrings. Not to mention a makeup look with dramatic mink lashes.”

What is your “happy place”?

“My happy place is a chill environment, music to vibe with, incenses, and my laptop – and snacks of course.”

What’s most important to you?

“Family and Money are most important to me. The people that I consider family in my life are not always blood related. Friends, or even romantic relationships can have more love and pure intentions than a blood relative.

When it comes to money, I know everyone always says “Money can’t buy happiness”…

But it most definitely makes life easier when your able to use it for purpose. Not everyone was born into money or opportunity and it’s a lot harder for most of us to reach our dreams, but money can help you reach the right avenues and put yourself in better situations.”

What’s your favorite thing that you’ve manifested into your life so far?

Honestly its more than one… Over the last 7-8 months I’ve been manifesting a lot of things actually, and the top three are my new car, my new job and moving into a new apartment. Three things that I did not see happening whatsoever so soon!

The power of manifestation, believing and receiving and keeping your energies and vibration high are extremely real and I will testify to anyone that if you keep your thoughts positive and you don’t give in to the negative, good things will happen for you!”

If you had the chance to talk to your younger self, what would you tell them?

“Get a real job while in high school still, and don’t rush into going to college, you have your whole life to make that decision!”

What’s something that you love about yourself?

“The growth in my confidence and finally accepting that I am who I am and I’m not changing for anyone!”

What’s your favorite meal? Gimme allll the juicy details!!!

“As bad as I want to say creamy cajun chicken alfredo or steak and potatoes, I have to go with an awesome bowl of fruit!

It sounds so simple but a bowl of chilled sweet strawberries, kiwi, mango, grapes and whatever other fruit I’m in the mood for drizzled with honey and lime juice!!!! AMAZING!”

Do you meditate?

“I find that there are different way and levels of meditation and the way that works for me may not sound like meditation at all to some.

I simply turn on some mellow tunes, light some incenses, grab my crystals and I talk to the universe.

Some times I lay down with my eyes closed, and sometimes I’ll grab my yoga mat and do floor stretches with my eyes closed and then once I feel relaxed I’ll just do some deep breathing and just think; but those are just my methods.”

What is something you’re really proud of accomplishing?

“Being published in 4 magazines!!! No they aren’t big time like Vogue or anything, but as a model it’s still big for me.”

What do you want to be remembered as?

“I want to be remembered as a strong woman of color that despite all hardship and all negativity, I pushed for my dreams, I accomplished and I gave back to others and helped make a way.

I want to use my success to bring others up with me, all races, men and women. What’s the point of success if not helping others just like others have helped me.”
