What makes you feel most connected to your femininity?

“Vulnerability. Being vulnerable is extremely powerful, and at the same time extremely delicate.”

What outfit do you feel most sexy in?

“I like to keep it simple – Rag n Bone jeans, a t-shirt or sweater that hangs off the shoulder & some western booties and earrings, always earrings!”

Has anyone ever judged you for showing your more feminine, emotional side? How did you deal with that?

“I’ve been told I am “too sensitive” at times by people I am really close to, but luckily I was able to internally look past it, and realize that those people just didn’t understand me/the situation properly, and that’s okay.”

At what point in your life did you start to really step into your femininity and the divinity that comes with that?

“Probably when I was age 24. I became less scared to open myself up to the world and show my vulnerability.

I’m an extremely hard worker, I can be extremely up front and honest with communication (which I believe is a good thing, but may throw some people off), and for a long time I did not want the help of ANYONE.

I’m very independent but I was too stubborn with doing EVERYTHING on my own rather than allowing in help when I needed it.

Putting that hard shell around me was definitely me embodying more of my masculinity – and wasn’t positive! You need both.”

What’s your favorite self-care ritual?

“Self-care is a pretty broad term, because it has me thinking of okay; my looks, my spirit, my physical body – all important . To make it quicker though, the basics for me would be getting in a sweat, writing- (to get myself into a state of appreciation, meditating, and having a super green smoothie.

What do you love most about being a woman?

“I think women have a tendency to be able to dip into their emotional intelligence at a younger age. Not saying that’s always the case, but I do feel that to be true.

I am obsessed with consistently diving deeper into my emotional intelligence development. I think the more I do, the more I connect to compassion, and to me that is super womanly. Plus, being able to dress up and feel delicately beautiful.”

What inspires your creativity most?

“I would say being in a state of appreciation. When I get myself connected to the flow of the universe, and I am not on any sort of time schedule and free to just do whatever I feel like doing, it seems like that is when I get the most random, creative ideas!”

How do you express your creative side?

“Acting! I absolutely love being able to embody a character and be in front of a character. I also love to write, have photoshoots, build websites and create meditations. I also love helping others get creative with their desired life set up and ways to pursue it.

Women are intuitive beings by nature. What’s one instance where you’ve felt called to really tap into your intuition and listen to that voice inside of you?

“Oh gosh there have been so many. This is another story in itself… but I was in Australia on my own, and was feeling quite down, but forced myself to roam around the town and listen to musicians.

I still didn’t feel myself, so I walked back to my hotel and right before entering, I had this intuitive feeling come over me telling me to just go back and find one more musician to watch. So I listened.

I ended up in a park where I met this girl who literally gave me a life-changing message she felt she needed to deliver to me. You MUST learn to understand, listen to and trust your intuition for a successful life.”

Women have an intrinsic trait where we tend to avoid confrontation, and handle issues passively. Because of this, we can often manipulate the situation and get our way without fighting. What’s one time that you’ve seen this trait show through you?

“I would say this affected me where I wouldn’t necessarily tell a lie to my parents, but I would purposefully keep them out of the loop because I was scared they wouldn’t agree with my decision.

I actually left college early (even though I had a good scholarship) because I felt, intuitively, it just wasn’t serving my path. I told my parents I was doing online school after I left (I wasn’t). I should have been straight up with them, and just dealt with them being unhappy. Eventually I did, but it took me a long time.”

When did you really start to feel confident in yourself? Was there a specific moment or event that caused you to embrace yourself with love and step into confidence?

Yes. I was struggling hard from depression for a long time, and when I was 22 I almost crashed into a cement wall because I fell asleep driving because a medication I was told to take – which I did not feel was the answer for me – made me so sleepy.

At this moment, I knew I had to trust myself.

Was there a time you ever doubted yourself? And how did you overcome your doubt?

“Oh self-doubt was REAL for me. There’s been so many instances it’s hard to name one.

I’ve pretty much moved past it, because I’m able to shut it down when I hear those voices in my head, knowing that they are FALSE.

We are creators, and that is not the energy I want to create from. It’ll only provide me with results that give me more reason to self-doubt.

Overcoming self-doubt is a process, and it has a lot to do with learning about energy and reprogramming your subconscious.”

As women, we are too often told we need to change the way we look, and the media and beauty industries can pick on our insecurities. How do you like to honor your body and remind yourself how beautiful and perfect you are?

“For me, this comes down to spirituality. I know our Creator made me, and I am blessed to have a body to live in. Treating your body with negative thoughts and disliking it will really take your health down, and therefore take your life down.

We have to program ourselves to be strong enough to trust this, and to understand that the media is a false reality. Of course we can care about what we look like because it’s a lot of fun to enjoy looking great, but that comes from FEELING great. If you are in a negative state, sorry… but, you’re not going to look great either.”

What advice would you give to a young girl who isn’t confident in her body and femininity yet?

“I’d tell her that God gifted her her body and explain to her how special she is, how special her life is, and how special her body is, because it will support her [in] living the life she desires.

I would tell her that she is beautiful simply because she is a soul, that is the real meaning of beauty. I would tell her that each of us is unique, and that is our special power, so feeling happy to be herself will help her dreams come true.

It’s [also] important to teach about proper health though along with this, not make someone think it’s okay to eat terribly just because they can accept their body in any way it currently is.”

Women are naturally highly sensitive beings, and we deeply feel our emotions. How do you honor your emotions and give yourself space to feel?

“When I am feeling a certain way that is a bit on the negative scale, for instance sadness, I do first naturally try to ignore it a bit. However, after all of my studies and teaching and experience, I know better than to do that.

So I call myself out and I say, talk to your body, find the lesson.

It will only get worse and build if you don’t. So what I do is ALLOW myself to feel what I am feeling, that is how you face it. Then I literally sit down with myself, close my eyes and deep breathe.

Then I tell my body and my spirit: “Thank you for showing me why I am feeling this sadness. Thank you for alerting me through sadness. Thank you for the lesson I am learning from this. Thank you for guiding me to the gift.”

Following this I try to let go and don’t expect anything, just focus on breathing and relaxing. Always, always, always an answer then comes to me.”

As women, and divine feminine beings, we’re given the precious ability to create life. In our society, we’re told we need to be mothers and raise a family. While having the incredible ability to create life and give birth, not every woman decides to become a mom, and that’s okay. What are your thoughts on this topic? How do you feel about being able to create the most precious thing on earth – life itself?

“Tough one. I do feel it is a bit of a responsibility for us to bring life into this world. Every woman and girl reading this has a mother who brought them into this world.

What if you didn’t receive a shot at this? You wouldn’t be able to experience a beautiful human existence.

However, I do think there are scenarios when a woman intuitively feels she is not meant to have a child, and if she strongly feels that within herself, she should trust it.”

The divine feminine energy within you is inherently strongly connected to nature – Mother Earth. What is your favorite way to spend time in nature and honor Mother Earth?

“Mother Earth is my everything!!!! I love hiking, I love exploring new parts of her on beaches and just walking in the sand, soaking up negative ions, swimming in the ocean, and taking the time to literally gaze at plants and appreciate how perfectly designed they are.

I also learn so many life lessons from being in nature;

I challenge you, the reader, to allow yourself to learn one, next time you’re in nature!”

As women, we are the embodiment of Divine Feminine energy, but we also have Divine Masculine energy within us. Do you often feel like you have more feminine energy than masculine, or vice versa? How does the energy that you think is most dominant within you often express itself through you?

I think I am at a point in my life where I am in a good balance. I think the Divine Feminine is more prominent in me, and I used to channel the Divine Masculine to protect it – but too much.

I just needed to learn more and have the courage to embody my feminine.

I believe this is expressed through my gift to help others; I use my Divine Feminine to work one on one with people to help them figure out their blocks and reprogram their subconscious and shift into the life they desire deep down.
